Philosophy
Vineyard Summer Soccer Camp takes a unique approach that separates it from other soccer camps.
We target vacation destinations. Families are on vacation to spend time together...and apart. Our program offers the opportunity for your child to spend part of his or her day with other children of the same age doing something they love, while increasing their skills and understanding of the game. And during camp hours, parents get back part of their day to spend any way they wish...a vacation within their vacation, with plenty of the day left for the family to spend together.
The vacation destinations we target are year-round communities that have a substantial local soccer presence. We go to great lengths to involve local residents in our camp experience. We search out every local youth organization...Big Brothers/Big Sisters, The Boys and Girls Clubs, The YMCA...to insure that local residents are aware that we serve them as well. And with each community in which we operate, we identify a local charity to be the primary beneficiary of a share of our profits at the end of the summer.
We feel strongly that the desire, willingness and ability to give back to the local community through soccer is a distinguishing characteristic of the Vineyard Summer Soccer Camp experience.
